Ordered ahead online, Waited 40minutes while they got every order ahead of us wrong. They set our order down while telling us... they were just getting started on it. Staff wasnt paying any attention or simply werent reading. Lemonade was weak and watereddown. Food was ok. Read more

NOT FREAKY FAST AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The customer service has gone down hill for the past year I have eaten here. I... keep wanting to give it another try, but this time was the absolute worst. I was totally ignored for about 2 min just standingat the register with no one else. The guy that was stand there doing who knows what finally walked over to the register stilldoesn't say a word to me. I go ahead and order he walks over to make sandwiches which I assume was mine since he was not makingsandwiches before but no there were still people waiting for sandwiches that had ordered before I got there. It took about 10min to get my sandwich and No one said sorry for the wait, nothing! Absolutly Terrible! And the bottom of the bread was hard. Read more

On 9/7/22. A ?manager?, Tiffany, left me on hold for seventeen minutes, before hanging up on me. This is after I was called and... told they needed to slice more turkey, and if I?d wait - I said sure. Thirty minutes later I was called again, and informedthere was no turkey at all. I asked to speak to a manger, Tiffany, as it turned out. When asked how such an oversight couldoccur, she blamed others for not ordering enough food (but she?s a man anger?). During the conversation - she cancelled my orderwithout my input, or asking me if there?s anything else I wanted. Today (9/15) I received a call after placing an online order.NO BREAD. Asked for a manger - Let me tell you how excited I was to get Tiffany again. I self-referenced as the customer whohad their order cancelled last week due to turkey needing to be cut, and then their not being any. Before I can finish thatbasic recollection, she does the same tactic of putting me on hold (or the phone on mute) before disconnecting the call. Notwilling to accept this disrespect a second week in a row, I call back. Clearly you have caller ID in your store, because Tiffanypicked the phone up and immediately hung up on me. She and I repeated this process twice more. She seems very flippant in howshe represents your brand, and if she?s this comfortable doing this with me, odds are any customer that she doesn?t want toengage with?she?ll behave the same to them. Curb side pickup was fast and hassle free. In and out, no waiting. And my order was correct as usual.

Love Jimmy John?s but this one is terrible. They are always out of something, like bread (which is code for ?we don?t want to... make any more bread?). Service is typical for Warner Robins? In other words, one out of three employees actually halfway care. Ionly wish I had enough to open a Jimmy John?s franchise and show them how it should be done. Read more

This is one of the worst Jimmy John?s I?ve ever been to. I eat Jimmy John?s five days a week. Me and my wife decided to eat it... on Sunday at this location. This is the first time at this location. The employees did not care about nothing. Told them aboutthe ice machine not having no ice and they just laughed and said we?re waiting on the driver to come back. The place was verydirty. The front door looks like it has not been cleaned in two years keep in mind this is the first time I?ve visited thisplace. Sweet tea had a very bitter taste to it like the tea urn has not been clean. The guy running the register has a issue with mumbling like you wouldn't believe, don't try to ask him to repeat anything more... than twice, you'll only confuse yourself even more... Amazing how people like that get hired to TAKE ORDERS from customers.Sandwich was good ... Dude with dangling earrings needs to find work where he doesn't have to communicate verbally. Read more

Such a great sandwich shop! I absolutely love that they offer low carb options. My favorite is the BEACH CLUB unwich!! It has... turkey breast, provolone cheese and avocado spread wrapped in a lettuce wrap!! The ingredients are fresh and amazing. The staffis friendly and never make you feel rushed to order. Read more
