Drive through you have to pull out into traffic drive around to the front and wait on an over priced meal. NOT SAFE
Food sucked, I've never had KFC that tasted like old grease. The young lady at the window was nice though.
Ordered the 3 piece dark meat meal with Mac and cheese and Cole slaw and chicken pot pie it was all very good the extra crispy... chicken was great the biscuit was to dry though and tasted stale the soda was flat and didn't taste like Dr. Pepper but Ihaven't found a restaurant yet that serves good fountain drinks .the restaurant was clean employees was very nice took my orderwith a smile will go back Read more
Logistics missing people waiting over 20 minutes because chicken was cooking a gentleman order on line when he came to pick up,... was told it will be 30 minutes for his order. When this workers was paying less in the past the were more efficient that nowgetting in paid higher wages Read more
Absolutely horrible. 20 min wait in drive through, because for whatever reason, the dining room is never open, pull up to order,... they have a 20 min wait on chicken and they have no Mac and Cheese at all. Either the owner is garbage and doesn't care abouthis store, or he needs to fire his whole crew, your a chicken resturant, you should never not have fresh chicken ready at 5pm. I don't get it. The food is always good but the service is the worst. I've gone numerous times either there wasn't much of a chicken choice or... would have to wait 20 minutes. I've had to sit at the drive up order for 4,2 minutes (I timed it because this wasn't the firsttime) I keep telling myself I won't go back but this is the only store in town. Wish the owner of KFC franicse would sell it sowe can get someone who cares about good service. Read more
Horrible! Waited forever still got pulled around qnd had to wait forever again. Called into store to find out what hold up was... and finally got food. It was bone cold and looked liked someone ripped the chicken apart or something worse. As seen in pictureposted ths is what it looked like when I opened. Wont be back! Read more
I don?t understand how this place is still open with the complete lack of customer service. I?ve placed online orders with pick... up times for 45 minutes after the order was placed only to still have to have a HOUR after arriving at the pick up time to getmy food. They are completely unorganized and could care less about customer service! Read more
