this place is trash i dont see how they're still open. i called and asked before ordering that if i wanted my doughnuts hot... could i get them that way. they answered yes. i showed up and the glazed were warm but the other doughts were cold and hard. andthe exuse was that once you dip it it cant be hot again. this place needs to be shut down this is horrible service Read more
Arrived at 6:15. Walked through the rain to the door. Sign on the door says they open at 6 am. The worker inside never... acknowledged my knocking on the door. Around 6:30, another worker showed up and lit a cigar out front. She never made eyecontact with me. When the first worker finally let the 2nd worker in, I had to emphatically get her attention before she said"You have to use the drive thru." So I walked through the rain again to get back in my vehicle and went through the dark drivethru. Doughnuts were great, but service was lacking. Read more
After the pandemic this place has been nothing by trash.. SOMETHING is wrong with the glaze, it taste like sugar ONLY and the... glaze never be put on the donut right. What's the point cutting the light on but the donuts is cold? It use to be the bestplace in Warner Robins but now the worst when trying to get fresh tasty donuts.. Read more
We heard about the offer for a free dozen donuts for graduates on 5/25/22, so my daughter went into the store on Watson Blvd. to... redeem the donuts. If she had known she would be met with such poor customer service, negative attitude/vibe and donuts thatwere not fresh, she likely would have skipped the trip. My advice, if you are going to offer to reward customers for theiraccomplishments, encourage the staff to treat the customers with a pleasant experience. Read more

Not really sure what's going on there.... last time I went was about 6 months ago. Got home and the 2 dozen donuts were not... what I even asked for. My daughter convinced me to try again. Ordered 2 dozen again. Asked her to pull up bc I wasnt going toleave without checking this time. Sure enough..... wrong! Such a shame bc it really keeps me from going there. Had to goaround and park and go in and ask why I didn't get what I ordered. The drive thru girl wasn't the one who helped me but she sawme come back in and she knows that the order wasn't right bc she couldn't even look at me. The other girl was veryaccommodating and my order was fixed. Smh Read more
Never have the specialty donuts available that are ordered on the app. Cream filled are miniature these days. Not to mention,... they are slow as Christmas. Read more
