Ordered plain double cheese Krystal s.. I understand sometimes onions will be swept up in if they are busy.. wouldn't be... unreasonable.. made sure she heard me say plain twice she then specifically told the back this one is plain no onions.. didn'tthink with all that I had to worry bout even checking the order . Get down the road a piece . Tons of onions thruout all 3 ! Iwas only customer they weren't busy the cook appeared to speak good English so I'm not sure where this order went so wrong . I don't make purchases for myself, but my senior citizen friends. They enjoy the meal, but I have gone to this facility a few... times and I don't always get what I order. Return visit required for missing items. Read more
Service sucked, they got my order wrong they wouldn't fix it, gave the lady my order and she kept repeating it back wrong kept... correcting it just for it to still be wrong. Read more
Place is in shambles lately but the food is still good. Don't swing by right now unless you aren't in a hurry. Computer and... staffing issues abound. I keep going back because I like the food. Warning - if their card system is down, or your wait getsunacceptably long, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE LINE until everyone in front of you is out of your way. I go here often and it's usually fine but I went today and there were crumbly white rocks on my Krystal! What the heck are they... (cleaning supplies, debris from a dirty counter, bug egg, etc ), and am I going to die? I can't think of an explanation thatdoesn't make me sick. Just ew. :( Read more

Three (3) employees standing around for 5 minutes, one (1) preparing orders. One (1) approached me and ask "had my order been... taken"? Ask for the advertised special (4 PC chicken strip basket $3.99) cost $5.87. Another 8 minute wait Strips had no flavor,fries undercooked and greasy. The worst meal I've had in years.
