2 times I have drove 30 mins to get some Krystal and get there to hear they can not take cash. This should be brought to the... attention of corporate. If people can't buy food with cash you should shut the doors and go out of business. Also the bushesleaving exit from drive thru is going to get someone hurt or killed they way to big to see if it's safe to pull out. This storeneeds to get it self together. You sell we buy if it's complicated and you don't care people won't buy what you trying to sell.If you can't keep change and take cash my order should be free for you wasting my time. Read more

Considering it was fast food, it was alright. We have not had Krystal's in probably a year, so when we saw the sign I said... that's dinner tonight LoL Moreso than the meh food, however, was the (lack of) customer service. The having to wait silently atthe drink thru speaker for about 8 mins didn't bother me quite as much as the attitude I was met with by the young lady workingthe window. Initially she was incredibly short toned with me and acted as if she could not stand the fact customers were thereneeding assistance. I will say, though, as our transaction progressed her tone softened a smidge - but still was very harsh. AllI all, I seriously doubt we will be back to this particular location just bc of how we were treated. Read more

Today I went in not knowing lobby was closed due to being short staffed. The manager was so kind and took my order anyway and my... mom's and insisted we sit down to eat bc we mentioned living an hour away. She had a wonderful personality! Read more

I order food online and canceled it also went through the drive-thru and tell them to cancel the order. My card was still... charged this was weeks ago I have not got a refund or gotten a solution about it. Krystal's the company sent me a coupon for twofree Krystal's and a free fry with an apology letter that does not amount up to $45 that they took off my card It's a shame. Themanagers there at the store has tried to help. At this point Krystal's is just stealing money. Read more
