I got a coupon for $3 off a select pizza from being a T-Mobile (Metro) customer. I used that code to get the discount online,... ordered the pizza and a drink through the Little Caesars app and I picked it up at the store. You get a confirmation code tounlock your food. Ordered the facnceroni pizza and had it delivered. Pizza didn't have nearly as many pepperoni as advertised and crust didn't... have the cheese to the edge of the crust. Basically I was verrrry disappointed.. I took my pizza back and asked for my pizza tobe remade or my money back.. The girl behind the counter who is I think is the managers relative was terrible, rude and veryunprofessional towards me. She refused my request which wasn't unreasonable..money back, remake or pizza credit...she told methe pizza was made right and it clearly hadn't. She was very confrontational about this 12 dollar pizza. I asked to speak to themanager and she refused to give me his name. She took it so personal. I got ready to walk out and some guy that worked thereheard me out and attempted to make it right. She was infuriated by this and started yelling and slamming boxes... all this overa 10-12 dollar pizza.. I will never be back and I encourage others not to go as well. Wasn?t greeted or anything, had ordered my pizza and it was ready in 10 mins! First time using the portal and when I got there... there was a girl struggling to get her order out because her 3 pizzas were jammed inside. Looks like she was struggling for awhile and no one helped her so of course immediately when I saw her struggling I helped without hesitating Pizza was nice andhot and cookie brownies were exquisite Wish the staff was more attentive to who?s in the lobby but at least the food came outgreat so can?t complain about that ???????? Nobody wore gloves!! I waited 20 minutes for a pepperoni pizza the little manager was ride with nasty attitude.. I saw only the... cashier washing her hands and she wasn?t even handling the food. Ran out of what I ordered and outright refused to refund me. I had to dispute it as fraudulent with my bank and report the whole... thing! It was a nightmare getting my money back.
