Ordered 3 quarter pounder meals and only received 2. Also food was old and both quarter pounders had patties that were... completely raw. This place needs shut down. The receipt was blank like it was out of ink and i went in to tell them i wasmissing a quarter pounder and no one would come to the counter. I wish we would of bit into our meals before we left so i couldof got a complete refund. Read more
Does anyone in upper management ever read the complaints? This one on Russell Parkway next to Kroger has ZERO customer service... skills. I asked for a pack of sugar after waiting for my food for 15 mins. Manager was rude to everyone who entered. He is aslim black male who may identify as female. He told me he wasn't going to give me sugar because of my attitude. Mind you, no oneis working the counter and there is 20 people in the kitchen, probably his whole family. They were working slow and didn'tacknowledge me after seeing me standing there. Just kept on talking and playing. So the so called manager had time to argue withme instead of getting people their food. Then the entire kitchen came out to argue and fight with me over sugar packets whilethe drive thru line was wrapped around the building. And the manager allowed them to stand there and argue. He thought it wascute. I left because I didn't want to get shot over sugar packets. I was more bothered that they didn't see anything wrong abouttheir behavior. Is this what this society has become? Ordered meal and was notified my order was "cashed out." As a result, order was "free" yet missing detail is I would receive... whatever they wanted to give me. I asked about the buy one get one for $1 the lady told me what to choose from I got 2 items from it and a bunch of other stuff.... When I got to the window to pay it was not what I was expecting to pay because buy one get one for $1 was no longer geravailable like the lady just told me it was so I told them they still had to give me the food for that price anyway butobviously they are too simple minded to comprehend. I mean that's false advertisement. I would have ordered different food wewere eating on a budget and they messed it all up. They were also very rude and acted completely stupid to what I was saying.will never go there again they all swarmed aroumd the window. It?s 8:30 a.m. The bathrooms were nasty. The floors greasy. The dining tables were not clean. The drink dispenser was dirty. I... had to wait for someone to take my order. I was the second in line. Employees were talking in the back, cussing, and loud. Thewidows were dirty. It?s sad that this is a fairly new store with nice decor on the inside. Too bad all that was irrelevant dueto the uncleanliness. Read more
This is by far the best McDonald's in Warner robins. It always has fast service and their soft drinks are always crisp and... delicious. I recommend this one if ya live near this area for sure. Also, the cleanliness is on point!!! Very clean restroomsand lobby. Read more
I highly recommend getting your sausage cooked well done. It's usually pretty flimsy and a little too "soft" for me but getting... it cooked a bit more makes all the difference. This is my favorite location. Staff is very friendly. Read more
