Worst Customer service EVER!!!! Actually, their customer service is none existent in that location. I have been to all... McDonald?s locations in Warner Robins Ga, and this one is by far the WORST. I have a family of six and it would have been atotal of $50-$65 dollars i would have spent, but after listening to a girl go off on a Door Dash delivery guy, I turned aroundand gave my business to Chick-fil-A. Went here to eat dinner and have my kids play on the playground. Most of the tables were dirty especially in the play place and... there was food all over the floor and there were ants and flies everywhere. Customer service is just awful. At one time I thought the girl was mute cause she didn't say anything. She just gave me the... frappe and looked the other way. she was just been rude. Why is McDonald's letting these kind of rude people work there. Theymake customers angry or not wanting to go back. That never use to happen. Today was our first time visiting this location in several years. We were hopeful that things had changed for the better but... that was a big negative. The overall cleanliness of the store was atrocious - you can tell there hasn't been a thorough cleaningin a while - there were also a couple spots in the ceiling of the bathroom where there has/is water damage. At first the sweettea was sour; once the staff was advised we were told they were out of tea. Then, the soda machine was severely off - to whichwe were told the machine out front and the one in back run off the same lines so there was nothing they could do. Safe to say,if you have the option just pay the extra $$$$ and go on over to Chick-fil-A...at least there folks act like they care. Read more
