Stopped in yesterday and was so impressed by the staff! there were long lines in the drive thru but cars kept moving steadily, ... staff was friendly and smiled genuinely the whole time. Food was hot and I even saw the cashier double check that all my itemswere in the bag before bringing it to the window. I've been pretty disappointed by the quality of food and service eating outthe past several months to the point that it's less frustrating to just cook after a long day. My visit yesterday was worth theextra time to leave a review this staff deserves the recognition. Read more
The food itself was okay, as far as McDonald's goes. The service took a while to get to the front counter to take my order, but... it was delivered quickly. My meal was hot, so it wasn't held in a warmer for very long if at all. My fries however, seemed alittle light. I ordered a medium fry, and I was given what felt like a small fry in a medium container. And I always feel liketrash after eating at this particular McDonald's. Not sure what the cause of that is, but maybe step up the cleanliness of thestore over all. Every time I go in, the floors need sweep/mopped, and the drink counter is usually sticky with uncleanedspills. But the staff are usually kind and treat others as if they were human, so that's a plus. Read more
Twice I've come, ordered at the self serve ordering station and they left out something and I was already long gone and back at... my house. And I felt the manager who comes on in the evening was being quite intimidating and snappy when I returned to get thesandwich they left out. Trust me that I sure don't need to scam a sandwich. Pulled me down for a $3 bundle I waited 10 mins outside parked , told me they were holding on fries .. went inside and fry... station was full , and they were passing out everyone else?s food. I asked ? do you know how long it will be cause I?m kindarunning late , if it?s too long I?ll just get a refund ?. The female shift leader and another employee began being rude andsaying stuff like ? oh well we?ll get it when we get it ? and ? I can?t do anything about it if Ian got it ? like okay insteadof doing the most give me the refund like I asked . I waited 10 more minutes and the food was thrown together still and come tofind out the weren?t waiting on fries it was cookies. Rude & distasteful customer service. Read more
Had a better experience yesterday getting dinner than usual. Got 2 big macs, a large fry, and a 10 piece nugget all for under... 10 bucks(had coupons). Fast service and order was accurate. Only complaint was the food wasnt hot and the fries werent salted. Other than that, it was worth it! Read more
This isn't the first issue I've had at this location, but it's close to my house so j usually just deal with it. However... tonight's is just gross and no one ever answers the phone. Omg this place sucks after the sun goes down I swear. We went in with our kids after family fun night for a quick dinner before... bed. Stood there for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone when we decided to place our order on the kiosk. Wewaited 30 minutes before asking where are food was and it had not been ready. Finally after remaking everything we got it. Foodwas pretty good but the restaurant was disgusting and most of the workers just ignored you. We got there at 7 and didn't leavetill 830. Ridiculous!
