My son and I just had the worst experience Ever at this Moe?s location. The location is off of Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA. ... We arrived about 30 minutes before closing. The staff was busy cleaning in the back. One employee spoke and asked my order. Myson ordered. I asked for a home wrecker bowl. I asked for chicken. Ms said no chicken, only beef. I said ok then. I asked forrice, beans, corn peaco, cheese and lettuce. She said we only had three of the items. No corn. No lettuce. At this point I?mreally aggravated. But my son really love the chips and cheese. So I was gonna sacrifice for him. My son and I was going to dinein so we could talk a little while eating. We usually talk during dinner. The young lady ask to ring up our order. She did notbother to ask us to dine in or carry out. There was a young man that said to us, you do know we close at 9:00 right, I said tothis young man, yes. I do know you close at 9:00 sir. I told him that my son and I will be dinning until we are finished, andthe time is not 9:00 yet. He the told me, you know we did not have to serve my son and I 30 minutes before closing (refused toaccept us dining). I then told him, don?t worry sir, my son and will dine elsewhere. I?ve worked in Restaurants business for 15years. Management 10 years. NEVER would I have treated a customer in this manner. I don?t know where they had to go this eveningbut I hope they All got there. And got there safely. Because they definitely did not want to wait on us to dine. I hope thisfinds upper management. Stopped in to try the chicken and rice bowl out. The chicken has good seasoning along with the extras... good quick meal
Great food, but employees need to learn how to smile and make eye contact. Wasn't even looked at and was asked if I wanted to... leave a tip. Never received a smile and part of my order was wrong. Sorry honey, not today. Read more
Order just wrong. Pinto beans instead of black beans. A chicken burrito with the chicken packaged outside of the burrito.... Chicken quesadilla with no chicken. This was a pick up to carry out and when we walked in we got dirty looks on top of it all. Idon't know who is having a bad day, but there's no excuse for this besides they just thought that since it was a carry put orderit wouldn't matter. Maybe in person would be better. Read more

We arrived at 8:30 in the evening, the lights were off but the open sign was on, since they don't close until 9. We walk in and... immediately felt very unwelcome. One was sitting in the dining room playing on her phone. They had an attitude asking each otherwhat time it was instead of welcoming us. After we ordered just bowls, they seemed more pleasant about it. They already had bagsof chips made, so they gave us our food and we left. After getting home, we see one of the bags is stuffed with trash and halfeaten food. I have pictures to show for proof. This was literally the worst experience I have ever received from a restaurant.And it's really sad, because I use to work there under different management and he would never let this happen.
