One of my favorite Paneras in town, the place is very tidy and clean, the staff is very friendly. No matter how crowded it is,... the food always gets there on time and of par quality and taste with no delay. Always fresh and hot! My favorite place to get a good fresh salad and a good soup.
Just ok because they are hit and miss. I haven't been there in a while this was one of my moms favorite places. The first time... the salads were delicious clean and fresh tasting. I watched other customers with their sandwiches and soups. I thought I wouldtry a sandwich and soup. The sandwich did not look as tasty as those I watched customers eating in the resturant and I was justok.. the corn chowder, on the other had was good. I have to try it again to be sure, though. Ordered my food at 5:45pm for 7:30 pick up. Wasn't ready until 8:05. They didn't include my half sandwich and barely put soup in... my cup. Employees standing around complaining about being busy. Not one asked anyone if they needed assistance or evenacknowledged we were there. 4 other people there with same issue. Not one person ordered food while we waited those 35 min. Idon't typically leave 1-star reviews. I get being short-staffed or busy. But this was ridiculous. They seemed bothered by havingto be there or make food. Hoping for a refund for the good I didn't get but not hopeful. Read more

The person who took my order was great but everything else left much to be desired. For starters my cheese wasn't even on my... breakfast sandwich it was halfway placed on and half melted to the paper, the amount of sauce was way too much and I had to waitan extra 10 min for my order (of 1 sandwich) because they cleared my order before making it, a habit this Panera seems to keephaving. For the $8 half sandwich I got I'd have rather just made it myself and skipped the hassle! Read more
