Terrible experience. Was told that all they had was dark meat, nothing but rice or fries available, no unsweetened tea. Got the... food home and someone had deliberately over salted the chicken as to make it unedible. Yall too lazy to provide food or evendecent service? I'll be one less person to bother Popeye's employees while they hang out. Read more
Worst fastfood experience in a longtime. I didn?t receive my entire order which is not a Big deal go back and get it. Sad that this store ruins Popeyes for everyone, every single time I ever order from this location they mess up the order. every... single time. Doesnt matter if you order in person or through the app they always forget something. They have the worst attitudeand service in all Georgia and are a disgrace to the brand. It sucks that they can't get it together because the food is good(when they aren't out of everything). 9 times out of 10 I'll drive the extra 15 minutes to the Russel location to avoid thehassle and terrible service. I completely give up on Popeyes. The last couple times I?ve ordered they either didn?t give me all my food I paid for or they... get it wrong! I honestly don?t think they sell their spicy chicken anymore. I ask for the spicy but they just give you whatever,don?t even mention if their out or anything. You just get what you get. I wanted a sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened. When my wife took it back and told them, they said that they had just made fresh... tea but forgot to put the sugar in it. They supposedly refilled my cup with fresh "sweetened" tea. When my wife came back withit, I took a sip and just threw it away. They had put so much sugar/sweetener in my cup that I may as well have been drinkingsyrup. Read more
Not happy at all. I've had little issues with this location in the past but today was it for me. I ordered a 2 piece dinner (leg... and thigh) with fries and a biscuit ($4.99). Everything was ok except they gave me spicy instead of mild. No big deal. But Ialso ordered the popcorn shrimp dinner with red beans and rice and a biscuit (should have been about $7.00). I don't know whathappened but they ended up charging everything separately ( shrimp 3.99, beans and rice 3.49, biscuit .99 and then they randomlycharged me for another order of fries 3.49.) So that was a total of about $13.00 for a $7 meal. What really ticked me off isthat they didn't even give me the beans/rice, the fries or the biscuit and I got this tiny box of over cooked shrimp that wasbarely edible. So I basically paid $18.14 for one meal. I've really tried to give this location a chance but I'm done with itunless things get better. Be sure to check your food before you drive off! Read more
