How they are still open is beyond me. Some folks I was with chose this place, much to my dismay. Ordered what I thought would be... the safest dish, a quesadilla. Wrong! It was not hot, barely warm. Had lunch today with my sister and mother. Our waitress, Mrs. Karen was amazing! So sweet and so informative about the menu. She... was very attentive to us even though it seemed like she was the only waitress there when they opened at 11am for the first hr.She had about 6 tables to herself as soon as we were seated. The salad bar was great, and Mrs Karen recommended the fish burgersand they were so good. We will definitely be back! Hopefully she is working when we do. Read more
This is just wrong you don?t treat people this way when they come to spend money at your Resturant. So unhappy I could cry.... Brought my parents out to dinner bc I came to town and we are being treated horrible just horrible. We have no service as theserver has announced over the entire half of the restaurant that she doesn?t want anymore tables and our food is just thrown ona plate. It?s just bad. Read more

There was plenty of parking. The restaurant was neat, clean, comfortably cool, and conversations around the dining areas muted... and unobtrusive. The hostess was attentive and friendly. Our waitress, Monica, was very nice, and out going. She was on thespot with our drinks from the bar (which were generous and well made). The food was served quickly. We had steaks and the dryrub baby back ribs which were outstanding. Monica didn't hover but was there when we needed her. We finished our meal and wereable to sit and talk a minute while we finished our drinks. All without feeling like we were rushed to clear the table. I'drecommend it to anyone who wants to have a few drinks and dinner in a pleasant environment. It was a great night out! Read more

Could tell they were short staffed but they still had excellent customer service and the salad bar as always was on point. I was... self admittedly too full to really give my entre a go but I can tell from the little bit I had it was yummy too! Read more
Our Sunday school group ate at Ruby Tuesday to day, food was great The atmosphere was family oriented and the service was... outstanding, especially Karen. Karen goes out of her way to make your dining experience. Wonderful. We plan on coming back andasking for her table again.
