I had to wait for a cup of coffee. Other than that the food was good and the coffee hit the spot.
Orderder food at 10:16 food was ready at 10:34 Said Lisa was on the way with order. 10: 45 no Lisa still. Spoke with someone she... caught attitude talking about it just 4 ppl in building. Then she gets on intercom talking about have compassion well i would'vehad you not been rude from start. Come to find out it was Lisa. Order still wasn't complete once we got food so waited anadditional 15 mins for a foot long chili cheese dog and BBQ sauce that was part of original order at 10:16.... Last time I ordered from here they got every single item wrong. Literal BBQ sauce instead of hot fudge on the sundae and the... wrong add-in on the slush. You can't be that incompetent without being worth zero service. Read more
Very slow and very unprofessional. I asked for boneless wings and was told they dont have wings. I said BONELESS wings. She... replies "we don't have boneless wings, we have popcorn chicken". Then I heard the employees laughing after that while trying totake my order. I feel as though she was trying to be funny and a smartazz because she knew exactly what I was talking about.Before it was "popcorn chicken" it was boneless wings. Location, location, location ... is very important when it comes to franchise restaurants. I usually go to the Sonic on Margie... Dr, and never had any problems with my shakes from there. Today, I decided to go to the Sonic on Highway 96 since I was closeby. Very disappointed! I ordered a medium Brownie Batch shake. The shake tasted more like vanilla and they didn't mix thebrownie batter pieces very well. In fact, I don't think that they properly mixed it. It tasted like they just poured in thebrownie batter pieces and quickly stirred it with a spoon a few times. There was no whip cream, no brownie fudge, and as youcan see from the picture, they didn't fill the cup all the way up. After 2 sips, I threw it in the trash. I've had the BrownieBatch shake a few times before, and I know how it's suppose to taste and look. Sonic Highway 96 failed miserably. Read more
I visited at 9:01pm 8/25/21. The only good thing about my order was my powerade and service. First time trying the crave burger... and it was nothing to crave over. The french fries tasted like they were in a babies car seat for a couple of days. They feltlike it also. Read more
When I give money for food and get home and it is not in the bag, is that the same theft as me coming in to your store and... taking Sonics food without paying? Or is it my fault for not taking the time in your drive thru to pull everything out of my bagand back your line up to the street while I check to make sure the person who put my order in the bag did it right the firsttime and each thing is correctly made? Then call to try to get someone to refund what?s not there/give it to me and get noanswer? $2.19 for a small corn dog? Inflation right? Good night Read more
