30 minutes to get a tea!!! Heck naw! If my girl didn't want that medicine lemon citrus something...there is no way I would've... stopped let alone walked in! The drive through was out in the street 10 cars deep. The line inside to order was short but thewaiting area was 20 people deep!!! For what???? They did get one of our drinks wrong, but they are so friendly and calm. I haven't been to a SB in years so I wasn't expecting... the calmness of the order taker Bailey. You always feel so rushed in a drive through but not this one. Read more
Love me some Starbucks! We could definitely use another stand alone location in Warner Robins though.
Drive thru was crazy busy but moving fast. However I still walked in and they were equally as busy inside. However the line... moved quickly. Associates behind counter were well organized and had a great system going on. They were all polite from thedrive through, to pick up orders, and handing out regular orders. Britt working register was very friendly and even though shewas the only one on the register she took time with each customer (line was about 12 customers deep) to be helpful and friendlyto all of us when we ordered. She also did a great job making eye contact with customers in line and smiling as well. Insideeven though super busy was really clean and stocked. Read more
This team really busts butt! Nearly every morning they?ve got a lobby full of orders and a drive-thru line wrapped. On the... inside you really get to see how hard and fast they are working! My drink has never been wrong and the flavor has always beenconsistent! I appreciate that while they are almost always very busy, they don?t cut corners to finish drinks faster. This is by far the best Starbucks in town! The baristas are always kind and polite! They all have great personalities and make... you feel welcomed. Of course the coffee is always great!! If you haven?t tried it yet the Iced Brown Sugar Oat shaken expressois a must!! Read more
Probably the least pleasant experience I have had at a Starbucks. Chronically slow at fulfilling mobile orders to the point it?s... quicker to go through the drive thru or walk in and order which makes no sense. The last time I was there it was also fairlydirty. I will go out of my way to order from the other Starbucks in the area. Read more
