The staff talks too much about their own personal lives instead of greeting the customer and making them feel welcome.... Not-so-friendly customer service skills. Instead of getting a ?Welcome to Starbucks? greeting, I get ignored for 2 minutes, oneperson finally says they?ll be with me shortly and then another person walks up saying ?whatchu getting?? If there's more than 3 people in line I just don't even bother going because of how slow it is. What is most upsetting is that... they are constantly out of a LOT of things. Basically, I never end up getting what I actually want. Please hire more staff andtrain them properly so no one has to wait 30 mins for a drink. Read more
Drive-thru wait time is ridiculous! Sat there for over 10 minns waiting to offer and another 5 aftwr I got to the window. When... they first opened service was great...now it's questionable but only place on base to get coffee when in a hurry (other than BK) Read more
Very slow. They didn't know how to make a mocha cold brew to save their life.
Terrible place to work. Management is very unorganized. Lack of proper leadership, discriminatory behavior as well as... favoritism. They need to have proper training, definitely not an example of the PROPER Starbucks Experience. Read more

Short and simple: this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Long vers: The employees are friendly (although they might... seem grumpy at first, once you become a regular you?ll realize it?s just because the day?s too early). However, they areextremely slow and make mistakes every visit. They forget orders quite often, are not swift and quick, and are verydisorganized. I hate to be this critical but it seems necessary because it has been over a year since they opened and this isnot the service expected from SB, especially on a fast paced military base.. Retraining seems pertinent. Update: Nov 2022:they?ve been getting slowly faster. It seems like they?re understaffed during peak hours (in the morning). Overall still veryslow, but I don?t blame the employees. They are understaffed and lack experience. Read more
