This was our first time eating here. Got the birria tacos and a chicken quesadilla. There was a bit of a wait to pick up our... call in order, but the restaurant was very busy. Dining room was full, so I always take that as a good sign. We were verysatisfied with our food. Bold flavors and cooked well. All the sauces, salsa and chips were very good. I am always a fan of soft tacos with beef and cheese. We saw this hole in the wall place and tried it for the first time. I have... been eating here numerous times ever since and all I can say is that it has the best Birria tacos I've had in my life, it isvery different to what I am used to as I have to dip it with the consume. My husband and I just ate here and this place is the real deal Holyfield! I?m originally from El Paso Texas. My family is from... Mexico so when I tell you these are some real and good tacos. Believe it. Also, for the people that don?t know any better.Please understand that Birria tacos are supposed to be the way they make them here. The consommé is meant to be used as adipping sauce. If the tacos weren?t lightly fried and were already drenched is sauce, they would turn mushy. So glad we foundthis place now that we?ve moved back here. Read more
