Called in to get pricing/details on a few things. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful and professional.

When I entered the restaurant, the waiter did not come out easily, two items I ordered were missing, and there was no soup... I... don't understand why they would put something on the menu that was not ready. I was disgusted by the low level of humanresources: there were three waitstaff who didn't come out easily, and yet none of them were able to handle the situation. Iliked the product itself, so I went there several times to buy it, but this time I was so displeased that I will never go thereagain. They should put more effort into education. Read more

Easy to place an online order, in advance. Service was good. Ham was excellent.

Very disappointed. Ordered with my office for a staff meeting lunch. We didn?t get any bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, or ham on... the specialty sandwiches that we paid extra for. We went here last night to pick up some sandwiches to take home. My husband's ham sandwich had so much fat in it. The meat had... not been trimmed at all.
