Excellent! We got there a little after 4pm on a Monday and were seated as soon as we got there. We were inside, but there is a... nice outdoor seating area. The restaurant was clean and well layed out. LOTS of TVs playing a good assortment of programs. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We had crawfish two ways and mango Mahi Mahi. Went for dinner around 5:30, hostess said it would be about a 30-45 minute wait (which I expected). She was spot on, took us to... our table after 40 minutes. A LOT of TVs, most I've ever seen in a restaurant. The service was spot on. Always kept our drinksfull and so friendly. Was impressed with how busy it was but they got people in and out of there, had a 30 minute wait but it was slammed and we were... seated within the 30mins and food came quick as well. Really great first experience at this new restaurant! Tuna appetizer wasbomb, a weird amount of slaw with it though Rib eye po?boy and catfish atchafalaya main dishes were great! Attended a pre-opening & SO impressed by food, service, & vibe! First the food- Cajun-influenced but non-spicy options... available. All three meals we ordered were delicious and perfect! Portion sizes were more than we could eat. I had the lemonbutter chicken- yum! A big plus for me was the skinny margarita with the spicy option- jalapeño with maybe Tajin on rim. I?veonly been able to find these in Texas. Hope this stays on the menu! The service was impeccable! Our server, Decca?, wasfantastic, and we also had several others check in on us. Very much a team-based approach to service. The ambience was relaxedand comfortable. Brick and wood combined with the number of large screen TVs make it a cozy place to go, especially to watch agame. The size/seating is much larger than I expected from looking at the outside. There was lots of parking there aswell. With such reasonable prices and great food, this place is sure to be popular!
