Ordered a 30 piece boneless wing family meal and was asked to pull forward from the drive-thru window and wait for the food. We... waited for about 10-13 minutes, got it home (only live 5 minutes away from there)fries were soggy, toast was not cut in half,and we were shorted 8 of the wings. Not too happy. We frequent the Zaxby's on Watson blvd. The food is usually fine and the service is hit or miss. The last 2 times we have been... in (once to dine in and once in drive thru) Robin has assisted us. This woman's customer service is fantastic. How she speaks toher teammates is fantastic- at least from what we witnessed during our visits. I would not be surprised if other retail or foodmangers try to poach her, because if I were still in retail management I absolutely would. Read more

Suggested an edit for hours. Their posted hours were til 10pm, and at 9:10 pm on a Tuesday night, the drivethru "wasn't working"... (handwritten sign posted about this) and their doors were locked. This was at Watson location. Changing to 1 star. Food is usually fine but customer service is severely lacking. Every time go to... drive thru it?s like I?m bothering them. No have a nice day or anything just hands the bag and says nothing or says ?here?. IAlways say thank you and rarely get any response. Do better zaxbys. Went again which was my mistake and got 5 piece tenders. For$13 dollars I?d expect fresh tenders ( cold and chewy), the extra fries I paid for (didn?t get). This location needs someretraining asap! I will neverrrr eat here again ! I am so disgusted and disappointed with my overall experience. I purchased 3 cookies like I... normally do , but I did think it was strange that the cookies were thrown to the bottom of the bag under all the plates. When Igot home and unwrapped the package, I noticed a ball of aluminum foil was on top of the cookies?.. well it appears somebodydecided to leave their nasty lunch trash inside of my cookies. I immediately called the store to let them know, but nothinghappened. I spoke a with a manger (Zakey)who didn?t seem too apologetic or to care about what happened. My second time ordering from here. Used the app this time. Both times I ordered coleslaw and didn't get it. This time the app... failed to add it, first time was in person. I ordered the 30 piece wing deal... Picked out the sauces and it showed..no ranchthough I picked it out on two of the ten packs. Chicken wings taste like paste and were terrible.
