Personally a few months ago city bites on 39th expressway and macarthur had more female staff that made the environment more... inviting and perky the potatoes that were served were always on point. I love city bites Mesquite turkey spuds just this onetime my order on both spuds were overly marinated with greese and butter I haven't gone back since. I will soon just to see ifthey have improved. I always have a pleasant experience at CB but today I was charged for & given the wrong order, however I was refunded so no big... deal. I did however order the side salad because I'm a vegetarian & was given the chef salad which has meat & is not what Iordered but I didn't notice until I drove away. Please do better yall Read more
Normally I have a pretty good food and customer service here. But today I called in an order for two mesquite spuds, got there... ten minutes later, and waited in the lobby while I heard the entire 4 person team in the kitchen socializing about lotterytickets. I was the only customer. Got home with my food and there was NO JOKE a half inch of grease in the container, my potatobarely stayed in the container because it was literally swimming in grease, if the potato itself was lighter, it would havefloated. Used to come here a lot, but the lack of customer service care and lackluster food, I?ll just make it myself for athird of the price. Would not recommend. Read more
TINY kids sandwiches. My veggie had so much oil I needed a shower afterwards
Beware of ordering online. I ordered two kids sandwiches that were advertised as coming with turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese... but we only got turkey and bread. I called to notify the location and spoke with the manager (I think her name was Shay) and shesaid that's just how the kids sandwiches came. This is false advertising. Also, I paid for avocado and bacon on my sandwich andthe avocado was missing. I wasn't even offered a refund for that. Make sure you check your sandwiches before you leave thestore. Read more
Love this place. I've ordered almost every sandwich on the menu and they are all great. The service is fantastic as well.
