The people are great but speed needs to be addressed.
My iced vanilla coffee was good as I took the first sip. It seemed all right but as I swallowed my coffee, all I tasted was... mustard. Do not recommend this location as least for coffee. I would rather drive to Monticello even Little Rock for a decentcup than go here again. Period. Read more
Two nights in a row I've ordered from here and both times my order was not correct and had to come back both times
The costumer service was horrible!! When the little worker brought food to my car she was not nice plus we ordered drinks but... didn't get those. Didn't get napkins or straws and no sauce for the chicken nuggets. My friend had to go inside to get the restof our order cause we had sat for like 5 mins waiting for the worker to bring our stuff. But she didn't instead she was insidejust hanging out and took some orders inside. By the time we got to eat our lunch it was cold. Read more
My visit was terrible I went inside to purchase my meal the credit card machine did not work and the young lady who was working... the front act like she didn't know how to change one draw to nothing to make the credit card was working on the other registerthen she asked me do you want to go through the drive-thru now why would I go to the drive-thru in the drive through as longwhen I came inside do you want to use the cat kiosk at first but I don't know anything about the Kia then she tried to do it andshe act like she know she was doing and I asked us so do you really want me to do and you can't do it so the McDonald's itwasn't a good experience and I said McDonald's is bad cuz I use it in Little Rock where I live but that right there was horrible Read more
How hard is it to not put cheese on a Quarter Pounder when requested every time I go there? It?s so simple to put a burger... between 2 buns and serve it. And every time I go there it is the same thing. BUT instead of putting a patty on the grill, theyjust scrape of the melted cheese and serve it. So when I drive all the way home I have to finish trying to get the meltedcheese off of the patty that they couldn?t be bothered to cook a fresh burger. I ordered through the mobile app and had my daughter pick up the order. Well the couldn't find it in the drive thru so she had... to go inside only to be meet with unprofessional associates because she no longer works there. She waited 15 mins before she wasgiven the order and the food was disgusting. Nuggets so hard and cold they had to be from lunch and this was 10pm.
