my favorite pizza hut in our area, but this last experience was somewhat of a disappointment. I ordered curbside delivery. When... I got there I sent my "Hut" text and got the automated reply of as soon as your order is ready we will bring it out. I waited 35minutes, only because there were so many people coming out with carryouts I thought they might be backed up. I finally went into ask for my order. It was in the warming oven, waiting for me. I do not believe they stay on top of their texts to accommodatethe curbside service. And this time the crust was not as crisp as before. I ALWAYS order a large Italian sausage and chicken hand tossed pizza. Generally it's good, but lately that hasn't been the case.... On this particular pizza, the rude girl with glasses forgot to put garlic butter on my crust. The pictures show no butter. Theapp said my order would be ready in 14 minutes, but when I got there in 15 minutes it wasn't ready. This was during lunch. I hadto wait an additional 15 minutes. I completed an online order and had it picked up. When I checked the order instead of two 8 piece boneless wings and one lemon... pepper fry, I had 2.5 8 piece boneless wings. Problem not only were my fries missing but the mysterious wings only had 5 in thecontainer. Which leads me to believe it was one of the associates food placed in the warmer with customers food! When I called iwas simply told after being being on hold several minutes and asked repeatedly what I had and my name, "oh yeah we were waitingon you to come back and get them."
