I ordered my breakfast at 9: 23 and did not get my food till 9:45 or so.. I love sonic but folks need to learn how to get orders... out in a timely manner. It should not take 20 something mins to get food out the door. Read more

Was quick, easy, and I love getting the soft pretzel and route 44 drink..
Received the bacon breakfast burrito instead of the ultimate without sausage add bacon. Due to how late it was I was not able to... call or get it corrected as I jad already arrived home. I will call in the morning. Absolutely hate paying for something and getan item that is cheaper. Every time I go now, literally you have to wait forever for your order. Especially if you go through the drive thru. They will... literally see you at the window forever, even if you knock or honk they rarely will come to the window or they come way later.Also, they really need a new speaker in drive thru because you can barely understand them, and they have very rude attitudes. Irarely get food from sonic anymore. Also, I do doordash and a lot of the orders I pick up are for the wrong person and have thewrong name on them and by the time I send it back it takes forever and so I cancel the order. Read more
Be prepared to wait. You can pull up hit the button and wait as people pull-up after you and not only place their order, but... also receive their food before you will have the opportunity to place an order. Don?t bring up the fact that you have waited 20minutes before they answered the bell, bc then you are the problem. But if you?re friends with the day shift manager you canpull up to the windows and she will come out and get your order and walk it out the backdoor to you, but I?m sure that they arepaying for it and it?s not theft from the owners. Cant blame the workers because it?s obviously a top down issue that would havebankrupted the company if it wasn?t 1 of 2 fast food choices in this rural location. Read more
