I go to this Casey?s a few times a week for different reasoning, usually to get food before work in the morning, and on this... particular evening picking up a pizza with a coupon. I went in that morning around 10:30, and there were four crusty donuts inthe case along with a few stray flys. This is still the morning hours and since management had switched the donuts are NEVERadequately stocked and they are all misshapen and horribly inconsistently frosted. Also this night, when going to pick up thepizza for carry out, I arrived and asked for it, (15 minutes after they said it was supposed to be done) and it was not evenboxed up yet. The lady working the register went back without washing her hands or putting on gloves, and used her bare hands toslide my pizza off of the pan into the box. Then she informed me that she forgot my breadsticks, and instead of working to makeit right (they were free with my coupon, the whole reason for ordering) she took my coupon, scanned it, said it didn?t work,kept the coupon, and charged full price for the pizza. She didn?t offer to resolve the issue, and when we called down to thestore, she said we?d have to talk to management the next day. The few days following this incident, they have continued to notkeep the donut cases stocked, and the food in the warmers looks as if it has been sitting for hours. This Casey?s is a repulsivedisgrace to the franchise and you should be ashamed to be associated with it and the imbeciles they have employed. Everyone whoworks there is rude, unsanitary, and cannot manage to do anything in a timely or efficient manner. Caseys in Warren has been the best around when our buddy?s Tyler and Trav were back in the kitchen. Tonight however there were... some new people and our pizza was awful. It wasn?t cut properly and was all over the place. Not a good experience. Bring back Tyand Trav. Read more

Ever since new management Casey's has gone downhill! The pizza sucks, I've heard a cook got in trouble for not marking the... expiration dates on foods, every time I've gotten a breakfast sandwich in the morning it's always cold, and every single daythere's fly's in the doughnuts. Will never eat from this Casey's again. Read more
After ordering a pizza online, I go to pick it up 20 minutes later and it hasn't even been started.. says they didn't hear the... ticket print. Wouldn't be so upset... but this isn't the first time. Lesson learned. Read more
