My wife and I shared a couple of appetizers and a 15 pieces bone in teriyaki wings. Despite them being busy on a Friday night,... service was top notch & prompt. This was my 2nd time Only in 59yrs that I came here and I brought my grandson in there on a Sunday Oct 9th( I'm telling you this... because I don't remember my servers name) it was around 4 and we sat by the door in a booth.....Ok...first of All( I was abartender and waitress as my career) my waitress was Above and Beyond Excellent! Her service, smile,attitude, cleanliness,prompt service ???????? And I believe in giving credit where it's due! Oh???????? And the food? Utterly disappointing... What happened to you guys?? I know the pandemic beat a lot of places up, and even caused prices to... spike, but you need to choose between higher prices or smaller portions, because when you do BOTH, it feels like you're gougingme. Next, your drink menu has changed significantly. We used to love the wide array of flavorful offerings, but now theselection seems quite sparse. Lastly, when will you return the Mega Touch games to each booth?? My kids used to enjoy that, butthose are gone now too?? I must reluctantly accept that B-Dubs seems to be following in the waning footsteps of Hooters, and itis unlikely we will return to this establishment either, as the atmosphere here has lost it's appeal. Atmosphere was nice, waitress was sweet and hard working. Chicken was not moist. Quite dry actually and no seasoning other than... the dipping sauce. Suggest rethinking how you guys prepare chicken. Read more
Last night my husband & I got to enjoy a night without a child, for once, NOT so great experience! My husband ordered a larger... chicken sandwich with wild sauce & I ordered a 10 piece boneless. His sandwich was DRENCHED in wild sauce, definitely notdrizzled as advertised. Also a thick piece of chicken should not be dry. His food came out first. I waiting another TEN minutesfor mine & to my surprise with Asian zing sauce allllll over my plate. ((( Those went to the table behind us)) I did not orderAsian zing. We also waited to be seated at the door for ten minutes along with several other customers before anyone evengreeted us. Only reason I’m rating a 2 is because my poor poor waitress was so sweet & apologetic & our appetizer was good! Asa suggestion, the amount of beer cheese given is not a sufficient amount for those huge pretzels!! Read more
It's a sports bar the food was okay the beer was not too expensive $7 for 22 oz beer. I usually like my hamburgers rare or... medium rare the only choices I was allowed were medium well and well done. The atmosphere was nice lots of televisions cleanfriendly staff Read more
Buy one get one free traditional wings on Monday is nice. Most of the wings were okay could have used some more sauce especially... on the buffalo wings that I ordered, didn't really have any sauce on them at all. Food was ready at about the time they said itwould be. Fried pickles were good. Read more
