Wow, the wait time crazy! 2 cars in front of me when I showed up. 30 minutes later I'm finally receiving the food and drinks.... Simple orders only 1 special, no onions or tomatoes. Travel 3 minutes home everything cold! Special order not right, almost likethey put extra. I hate to give bad reviews but this is unacceptable! I will NEVER return to this location and no one elseshould. Shame about this back in the day this location was great. The person who took the money and gave me the food was adelight, she needs to get away from toxic location. Read more
Felt sorry for the staff there in the early morning hours, no heat inside for them yet the Lady was super friendly and made due... to take care of customers even though she was freezing. Read more
Just watched the young lady at the window eating after taking our money, LICKING HER FINGERS, and then putting our food in the... bag. Disgusting. Called the manager who said "she didn't know that was going on because she just got there". I've called thecorporate office nd left a message. Let's see if anyone cares enough to call me back. Very good location. Many locations are understaffed and i would not be surprised if this one is too. They do great with what... they have. My foods always correct and they are very nice. Read more
I already know going to this location that the food isn't going to be HOT. I can deal with the warm food but today it was COLD.... The manager took my order and was texting on her phone while doing it...could of been work related but who knows. My 2 burgersboth had bottom buns. I took it back and the manager came up to refund me and didn't say a word to me... No apology or anythingnot 1word! Read more
Very disappointed in the food I paid for. I got a hard dried out baked potato, chili with what was obviously big pieces of... ripped up old hamburger thrown in it and a Jr bacon cheeseburger with a hard stale bun. I understand the service industry isreally in need of workers right now, but that shouldn't mean that they should not have to put out quality products either. Itwas a waste of money! Read more
Stopped here on our way home from a trip. Didn't read our order back to us, messed up the order, didn't give our credit card... back and we didn't realize it right away- until we were 30 mins out. Called the store multiple times over multiple days and noone answers. Not sure if it was a genuine mistake or if they are purposefully stealing cards. Read more
I was so kind and said my thank yous and kept it kosher but this!...., sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, no one else in... the drive through and I get cold fries and the wrong order. Went back to get a refund and declined a remake Sunday night 12 0422. This is why people are giving up on ff. It's not that you're hiring ignorant kids, it's lazy out of touch adults! Tookover 10 minutes to get a refund cause you're MOD clearly didn't know how to work the cpu system as she's in the phone w Corp orher boss trying to figure out why she can't charge back a cheeseburger.
