This location is very very unprofessional. Me and my mom were rung up for the wrong order & the employee: Brittney. Told me not... to worry about it. And me and my mother were sitting at the window, while she looked at us multiple times, for like 25 mins. Andthen she left. Leaving the other employees to worry about her cashing me out for the wrong order. From the beginning, she wasvery rude with how she took our order. So very poor customer service. Order fried fish and extra bread for fish sandwiches over the phone. After paying, waiting and receiving my food, I asked for... hot sauce. The lady states ?they are out of hot sauce?. Sloooowwwwwwwwwww. I called ahead, while waiting at the CVS Pharmacy about a mile away. 30 min prior. I was told ten minutes. I... get there and I?m still waiting another 15 min!!! It doesn?t take 45 min to fry some chicken. Do not order from here unless youhave time to waste. And it?s not busy!!! There?s no one in the drive thru or the lobby. It?s 1:13. Terrible service. So far everytime I stop there has been good.Nothing bad to say.Tastes better than some of the other chicken restaurants.
Rude staff. Literally hung up on me. I wasn?t rude or anything. They messed up the order. Hope they can find better employees... that aren?t on their phone at the register while customers are standing there in front of them. Read more

This is the cleanest location I've ever seen. I called to place an order an hour ahead of time and they were so nice to me.... When I arrived three guys were working very hard pumping out orders. My food was really good too and hit the spot. Thank you! Read more
