The dining area was closed so we could only order from the drive thru. But I ordered an 8 piece meal for my family with the... potatoes and coleslaw and a 2 liter of pop. Chicken was hot, my potatoes were great! The only thing I wouldn't get again is thecoleslaw. When our food was brought to the car the employee was engaging and had great attitude! Best Chicken Shack in Michigan. The food is always freshly cooked. Customer Service is great. They've had the same chef/cook for... over 10 yrs. They take cater orders and the orders are always done on schedule and hot. The best time to go is around 11 a.m.because your wait wont be as long. The avg wait time in the drive thru is 5-7 minutes on a slow day. On busy days you can wait10-15 mins. Don't forget the barbeque sauce! Read more
