How do you not take a doordash delivery just as serious as me in your face? Do you think we don't know what store is on the door... dash app? I order a shake and blizzard.. I get no straw no spoon and no napkins.. but yet I paid more to have it delivered..your price is higher and your quality of service is lower.. do you want me to come in there and throw a fit in your face.. makea joke of my hard earned money. This was my favorite diary queen because the service is normally great, however after today I will not be returning. There was... an extremely long line in the drive thru so I went in. I fully expected to wait. My issue was no one acknowledged me said wewould be right with you nothing for almost 10 minutes they continued working as if I wasn't standing there . Not even a hello .Everyone had on gloves except one associate with long pink nails as I watched her make blizzards and shakes her nails kept goingin the customers ice cream. Completely unsanitary . The guy working the drive through last night was incredibly rude and also messed up my order. I ordered a small strawberry shake... and got a small strawberry blizzard. Didn?t feel like waiting another 10 mins for it to be remade so we just left. Read more
Ordered 2 chili dogs with chili light onions and mustard a pulled pork sandwich and a order of chick tenders and a large fry.... Received 1 chili dog with cheese no mustard a sloppy pulled pork sandwich that was luke warm chicken tenders that definitelyweren't cooked all the way and the french fries weren't cooked all the way either to say im disappointed in the food is puttingit mildly the young lady that took my order was very nice i think her name was Ariel Read more

We come here ALL of the time & tonight we had the worst service. The male taking order was so rude and rushed us the entire time... & then we waited almost 10 minutes with no one in front of us & 1 person behind us to even charge us.. On top of the awfulservice, our shakes are watery. Just terrible. Read more
