Lately, the place has fallen off, they get people who answer the phones rude, no customer service and I have to have multiple... orders replaced. Nasty Nasty place rude staff they have a job to make a cooked product and all I got was raw dough on my re made pizza then hung... up on by the manager Adam that's supposedly the only manager with a big attitude. Love this store. We literally order delivery all the time lol. They always make the best quality food, the tracker app is... great and always on point, never had a problem with delayed delivery they are actually the quickest for delivery I've everexperienced. And my delivery drivers are always awesome! Two thumbs up, 5 stars all the way. Read more
If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely garbage ordered two large Brooklyn style pizzas one with double pepperoni and... another with pepperoni and bacon and a Parmesan bread I received a large Brooklyn style double pepperoni that was burnt topieces and a medium bacon and cheese pizza no pepperonis the Parmesan bread bites had no Parmesan on them just soggy bread Ohand a nice big black hair I have short curly blonde hair and when I called to ask if they could make it right for me he told methe managers were too busy to help with my situation then proceeded to hang up the phone this is very unprofessional and out ofline all I wanted was some pizza and ended up with a stomach ache if I were you don?t trust this place is horrible 10 out of 10would not recommend. I have the best experience with this store everytime I come or order on the phone. The employees are helpful and friendly with... understanding I never know what I want. The manager is exceptional...he intro me to chicken Alfredo wow...I love both myselfand hubby too. I can't say enough about the professionalism in this store. Very unhappy with this Domino's this is the third time I have ordered from here and my food was wrong and cold. Tonight I... ordered a pepperoni pizza with no garlic on the crust, and there was garlic on the crust and the pizza was cold. I also ordereda pan bbq chicken pizza and that pizza wasn't even cut, the chicken was big pieces that I had to cut and put back on my pizzathe middle of the pizza was doughy and cold. I got carside pick up. The young gentleman that brought my pizza to the car was friendly and punctual. The pizza also was very... hot, fresh and tasted delicious as soon as I brought it home. Keep up the hard work you guys! Thank you so much for making mylate lunch/early dinner. Everyone in the house said it was one of the best pizza's they ever had! Don't let the haters get toyou. ? Not too bad. I only get pizza from Domino's about once a decade, or so, but it's always a better choice than Little Caesar's or... Hungry Howies, in my opinion. Read more
