So I order breakfast w an iced cappuccino, probably a staple in the Dunkin' donuts world and I'm handed an ice coffee which is... an understandable mistake. Anyway I go back in and see 2 gents in line, 1 for an order which he waited to long so he left whichis whatever. The other for a 5$ bill bec he got a hand full of quarters at the window as change worth 5$ Mod makes contact , Isay this is not an iced cappuccino this is a iced coffee which is about a $2 difference in price. The MOD promptly takes mydrink and begins to remake a different one. ......I was asked if I wanted it blended....????........ Takes about 2 minutesblended it not very well as seen by the picture but I'm excited for my drink. On the 2nd attempt this is not an iced cappuccino....and it was made by your MOD. The girl working the counter was a sweetheart and it's forgivable to make a simple switch butwhen the MOD corrects the order and hands you something completely opposite of the original order.... That borderlines businessinterests..... And by business interests I mean as a person who's addicted to coffee I don't think I'll be going back to thislocation and unfortunately my only other Dunkin' donuts is 6 miles away so it's more of a luxury trip than it is in necessity.This throws the training issue into question as well. If MOD lacks knowledge on the product how can it be trained correctly forconsistency? I hate to ask this but please fix your store it is a disservice to the community to to have an MOD who does notknow your flagship drink or how to make it correctly. I got home and opened my avocado toast and it's bread .......with avocadospread on it it's not toasted .... i cant retoast it....so I don't understand the rush considering nobody was in the store. I love the onion and chive stuffed bagels, hash browns, and the tomato pesto cheese sandwich. Very tasty! But this location does... lack on some things. First, the place looks dead every time I pass by and once I went to the drive through and no one talkedeven though there were people there. I left out of there disappointed. Another huge problem I had with this place is that everytime I make an ubereat order, I always get a missing item or incorrect item. This happened twice! And they don?t pick up thephone either. Once I ordered the egg white with veggies with some other stuff and didn?t even get the egg white. Recentlyordered chive onion stuffed bagel, hash browns, and some other stuff, they didn?t even give me the hash browns, and instead ofthe chive onion bagel, they gave me the regular cream cheese which I don?t like. I?m never going to get food there again.Horrible service. They need a new management because it?s so unprofessional. Read more
Staff is generally friendly, with a few exceptions. Drinks are generally good, but once you get to the food it all falls apart.... My food order is almost always missing something, or just plain incorrect. When I go back in to ask just for the correct item,or the item I was missing, I'm always told I'll have to purchase it again. The other Dunkin Donuts in my area are great, thisone just seems to be lacking. Read more

Today was my first time at this Dunkin Donuts. The lady charged me a whole dollar to add almond milk, when it?s .50. & charged... me $5 for a small drink??? When the medium drinks are $4.50??????? The math isn?t mathing at all. This place will jip you. Saveyour time and money and go to a different location. Read more
I had ordered a coconut milk iced latte. It was supposed to look a tan, creamy color. I received a dark drink with white chunks... floating about. The taste was watered down coffee. I went back to order another. The girl came back with a clear drink thistime, with the white chunks still floating about again and claimed that it was supposed to be this way. I'm not too mad since Igot my refund, but please teach your staff how to make drinks. Read more
