The 3rd party order phone service, with foreigners that doesn?t speak clear english, is the worst thing the company could have... done. You can?t understand what there saying, then when you get to the store to pick up ur order it?s completely wrong. Read more
I frequently DoorDash and get food at this store. The staff is amazing! Especially the manager Aaron! They literally go out... their way to make sure I?m good and their customers are good! Placed an order on 7-9-22 for delivery. Apparently they use door dash to deliver now. The store called me 45 minutes after my... order was supposed to arrive to let me know door dash picked up my order and decided not to deliver it to me. I was told I wouldbe issued a refund. I called door dash they said hungry holiest is responsible for the refund because I ordered it through thereapp. I called hungry howies 7-11-22 to inquire about my refund. They told me 3 business days. I called the store again on7-18-22. Had no answers for me. It is now 7-20-22 and still no refund nor have I heard from the manager. I order from there allthe time. If I do not have my refund by Friday 7-22-22 I will not only order from that store but I will not order from any otherhungry howies location ever again. Truthfully it's really not about the money it's about the disregard and disrespect from them.I also called corporate and fell the same about them. I know each store is individually owned but as a corporation you wouldthink that they would be more respectful and take care of the situation rather then saying nothing we can do!!!! Read more
