Zero stars from us, stood inside at the counter to order, there was 4 employees and just us two customers and we were ignoring... for 10 minutes straight. The staff continued to stand around not saying a single word. Such a rude and disrespectful attitude. Sent a coworker to pick me up food. Coworker asked to make sure it was all made... correctly. Had such a snobby attitudes toward the question. I check my food when my coworker returned. Did not make it plain.Had to drive all The way back there to get my sandwich mead correctly. Such condescending attitude when I came back to get mysandwich made correctly. Honestly I wouldn?t recommend going to any KFC around this area they all suck. Read more

Message to owner of this particular location!!! If you want more customers and businesses maybe hire competent employees. They... don?t need to be special just ones with communication skills and a care for your business. Came to your location the other daythe inside was absolutely disgusting, the bathrooms were appalling, urine, excrements, and dirty water all over floor andtoilet. That being said this family did not use your bathroom. We had to stand around for 25 min not getting any responses fromyour employees we wanted to place a big order and your staff was complaining about making food which is funny because isn?t kfca food establishment?? Your employees with long hair should also be wearing hair nets don?t quote me on this but I?m pretty sureit?s a regulation under sanitation!! With things like this happening I wonder if your employees wash their hands after touchingraw and cooked food !!! There are other KFCs in the area, this one should close or re hire, some one really needs to fixthis. I hope all people read this before ever going here again!!!
