Absolutely terrible. Not just one experience. Every time we go, it's something different. Some different excuse why this... location is "unable" to do their job. You order a 16 of extra crispy, they give you a 12 of original. For starters... When youcall to resolve the issue, there is no answer. Will not be returning to waste any more money here. Read more

Made an online order and went to the store to pick up. Informed the store that I was there to pick up. After making me wait for... more than 30 minutes, and after serving 6 customers who came after me, simply told me that my order is still not ready justbecause their system is down. Never had such a bad attitude and customer service! Had to cancel the order and leave the store.Not even an apology from the employee. Read more
Very slow service. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. You could see that they were doing one order at a time. They wouldn't... take my order until the car in front of me drive away from the window. Either they are short staffed or they are the slowestgood servers there are. I am thinking the later, because this place has always been slow before the shortage of workers. Irecommend anybody who wants KFC should find another location. They might be better. Good luck to all who decide to try thislocation. Read more
People who work there are rude, they gave us a half empty gravy and it looked like it was poured out the container was covered... in dry gravy. Terrible service Read more
Do I have to choose a rating? This store by far has continuously disappoint at every visit! We ordered pot pies and received... inside of them instead of shreds of chicken there was, breaded greasy already prepared chicken in the pot pie! Which means theytook old fried chicken, and through only inside my pot pie!!! How disgusting! We will definitely not be returning! Oh and ifthat wasn?t enough, the people that work there, VERY RUDE! They showed up in time and were able to rekey my 4 locks and they were quick and did the work with alot of neatness.
