Service was good food not so good . The bottom bun on my Big Mac was stale and the patties were cold and there was way to much... mac sauce on it making it very messy I only eat half of it. If I did not go through the drive thru I would have taken it back. Read more
I went to drive though, had to pull over and check my food.I had to go back in there twice cuz my order was not right.I had two... grandkids with me they didn't want onions on there cheeseburger and one order was missing McNuggets.She claimed she could haveswore she put them in bag I had no reason to go back in there trying to get some free chicken nuggets I'm not like that I knowit's some people out here that will do it but I'm not the one. The drive through line was long, but moved fairly well. But the 5 stars is for the food, which was ALL piping hot - the fries... the QP, and the chicken nuggets. Usually at least one has started to cool down in my experience with fast food drive throughs.Nice job! Read more
I ordered a 20 piece and two pies, strawberry/cream and apple. These items where so old that they where hard. I also had other... items but they where fine. When I contacted the store and asked to speak with a manager they simply said okay speaking. When Iexplained I had just come thru the drive thru and gotten food and it was gross she said okay. I said okay well it?s not edibleshe responded okay. I said okay I would like fresh food and she replied okay again and then replied okay well you need to comebring the food back, I don?t believe you. And I then asked for a head manager she replied no. She then basically laughed at me.I was informed at the window once I drove back that this managers name is Abby. They told me that she was in the back office andwasn?t coming out. They said they don?t need the food back and that they will just make me new food. Speed of service and accuracy are better here than at most McDonald's. Remodeled interior as well. McDonald's as a whole though... needs to.figure out pricing structure and market trends, the sandwiches like filet o Fish and Big Mac, should be renamed sliderswith how small they have gotten.
