I would give zero stars if I could. Every morning after work I come here to try to get a McGriddle and I get left sitting at... that box ignored. Today I tried to call the location bc I was tired of this happening so often, this woman answers the phone. Iasked if they were open knowing they are bc their lights are all on and it says so online that their drive through is open.Anyway, she insisted they were closed, so I asked for a number to make a complaint and she ends up hanging up on me. I try tocall back and just get ignored. They?ll ignore you and hope you just pull off. Happened before where they weren?t answering meat first at the box and then I finally get a late response and someone takes my order. Who ever opens or works the morning shiftneeds to be re-trained or fired. Bc they?re at work and don?t even want to take orders and do they?re job. Read more
This Mcdonald?s is always so terrible. i have no idea why i keep coming back to it. The mcchicken is burnt, dry and slimy in the... middle. The fries are over cooked and had fuzz all on a couple from who knows what. Read more
In town for the weekend from Grand Rapids and this is by far the worst food I?ve EVER gotten from McDonald?s. The Patties were... burnt to a crisp and burgers tasted old and cold like they were pre made and just sitting there until someone ordered thatparticular burger. Terrible! Read more
I probably get McDonald's once a month and typically go to this location due to their pricing on the mobile app, it's actually... cheaper than the other locations around in Warren, but may have to rethink it. Many times I've had either soggy fries orunderfilled carton of fries (order a large and get it filled halfway only and I love their fries). The rest of my order (nuggetsor a sandwich) are typically fine. Wished their quality control on their fries was a bit better. Read more

Half the food we got was fairly inedible. The egg mcmuffin was hard as a rock. I asked for a receipt and did not get it. The... woman at the window claimed they could not find it but assured me "they didn't mess with the order because it was through theapp." well the reason I wanted a receipt wasn't to accuse you of wrongdoing it was because I was on a business trip and wasgoing to file it in my reimbursement package. You don't need to get defensive if a customer insists on a receipt. Read more
