This was by far the WORST McDonalds experience I had. They gave me the completely wrong order and when I called to get a refund,... they hung up on me! I called again and they hungup again! They hungup on me 5 times! This experience was genuinely awful. Wealso waited over 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. In addition to being a chicken product (astaple in many diets globally), the sandwich is also very versatile in its uses and meal options. As part of a culturalphenomenon in the United States, a unique ?hidden menu? item, often requested around the 12?2am time period by the drunks andbar crowds is the ?McG**gB**g?, a sandwich which consists of McChicken Sandwhich stuffed inside of a McDouble sandwhich. Inaddition, the patties can be ordered by themselves, and even crumbled on top of salads by request. There are also severalregional and limited time only variations of the sandwhich. They don't honor their own coupons. I went here 7/15/22 @3pm. I had a coupon (I got from this location) 'Buy any large sandwich... get 1 free' We tried to order a double quarter pounder. The cashier had to get a code from her manager and when she did he toldher that we couldn't get the double quarter pounder. He was rude to her when he said it. Like she was bothering him. He saidloud enough for us to hear that we could only get a single patty burger with our coupon. We left and went to another McDonald'sand they took the coupon with no issues. It's McDonald's. Outside of that staff's cool and our orders aren't ever wrong. I haven't lived in Warren in a minute, but the... poor Warren attitude from people is something I didn't miss. These people are good people doing their best and we appreciatethat. Foods always been correct, staff's always been cool, waits never been long for us and it's what a trip through here shouldbe. McDonald's isn't ever good for you, but the staff's good to us so that's really all that counts when you go. Read more
