I placed an order and waited 45 minutes which was past the time it's supposed to be done anyway and then they go to accidentally... give one of my pizzas to someone else and when I said something to them and they confirmed it they still gave it away and toldme mine was being put in the oven now. My absolute favorite pizza place. I always get the white sauce instead of red sauce. It's a big deal to me if the pizza place... has white sauce option instead of red. Food is great. Insider service is great. Giving 2 stars because the female driver that delivered my order last night was... extremely rude. Very loud and slammed my lobby door on her way in and way out and caused a shouting match between me and myneighbor. Thanks alot for ruining my peaceful night. Read more

I love Passport Pizza, but I?m tired of its pricing policy. I stopped today to order some pizza. The in-store add states that... the large Famous combo is $27.99 so I figured it was about $30 bucks after tax. The employee advised me that the cost was$34.83. I asked why? He told me because of tax. I told him the tax isn?t that much on 28 bucks. Another employee rudelygrabbed the flyer I was looking at and pointed towards the bottom which stated prices may change without notice. I apologizedfor the misunderstanding and asked what the new price was. He told me $32.99. 2 issues (1) the first employee said it wasthat price because of tax (2) even if the price was $32.99, when you include tax on 32.99 it is more than 34.83. Took two hours for pizza to be delivered. Arrived at 11:50 PM ice cold. Called no return call, emailed with no return email,... and sent complaint on website no reply. I ordered two pizzas from `13 an Hayes tonight . After waiting one hour I called and they said he's on his way. called back... after 1/2 hour and was told he's should be there any minute they should have told you we only had one driver. Called back againand said I just wanted to cancel it and I was told I'll have him still bring you the order and I will give you a discount offyour next order. He's only 4 minutes away. After two hour and 45 minutes I called again and was told they couldn't find anyorder from me I had to give them my phone number and address and they said we don't have any order from Luann I said my name isJoanne. Oh he should be pulling up any minute now. He finally showed up and I said I will not order from them again and the guyon the phone hung up on me. I wasn't nasty to him and I didn't appreciate him hanging up on me I had to sign my credit cardreceipt for a cold burnt order that I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wander why I was frustrated. Normally I wouldn'twrite a bad review but after being lied to and hung up on I feel people should know this. I don't care if you are having a badday don't take it out on the customers. If you only have 1 driver tell people that and don't keep lying to them telling themhe's on the way. I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise. Read more

Passport Pizza is amazing!!! I order pizza, superstix, and wings weekly!!! I also love their CBC salad and it?s made with mixed... lettuce that is better than the iceberg lettuce you get from other pizza companies and packed full with all that is promised!!!I misplaced my car keys one night and had to change to delivery instead of carry out and they were extremely nice about thechange so close to closing time. I highly recommend Passport Pizza if you enjoy a pizza made right and good customer service!!!Also Big Ben is a LOT of pizza! Read more
