Stopped in in the morning and ordered 2 caramel brûlée latte. They hardly had any customers in the store and only few cars in... a drive through, so we thought the time to receive our 2 drinks was a bit long? about 10 minutes. Lady making our drinks wasnice and hard working, so we felt bad to complain about the wait. As we were sitting in a dining room sipping on our drinks, oneof the clerks ( name id on the uniform was displayed as ?Lisa?) was very rude to the customer asking her a simple question aboutthe order. She spoke in an escalated tone of voice and was super rude, which created a very toxic unpleasant atmosphere in thestore. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. Like many (all) Starbucks locations, it is always very busy. The staff works their butts off and... cranks out drinks quickly. The drive through staff is always super friendly and attentive. Read more
They are always packed no matter what random time is of the day and the baristas are busting their butts to serve everybody... fastly! I go to different locations and I could compare the difference! I order Iced espressos and add milk and this locationgives me the least milk ???? nothing wrong with that probably following the recipe but just a heads up! Also people are not asfriendly here as the other locations I go to. Hence the 4 stars. But i think it?s a good location still! Read more
Its Starbucks.. they are all similar in my opinion..its a chain after all. The coffee was good, the service in this case was... great hence the 4th star. The ladies at the window were very nice. The service was fast as well. Although I'm not a fan of thischain and virtually never go there, I would recommend this location if you are looking for Starbucks coffee . Give them a try. Read more
Absolute great experience!!! This location doesn?t discriminate, is timely and polite!!! Everyone?s got colored hair!!! Jus an... awesome vibe!! Great management. Clean store!!! Clearance items for sale!!!! And the girl with the prosthetic leg is anabsolute treat!!!! Made my drink perfect!!!! For those who want a DanntFrapp ; it?s 1 Large caramel (or ultra caramel) frapp. +vanilla bean powder. Light ice. 12 pumps of caramel syrup Light drizzle on top n in the cup, and BOOM. I had just ordered a Pike with hazelnut walking into the store, normally I'd go through the drive through. I'm so happy I did.... The holiday spirit is alive and bustling in this store!!! Eleven people that I could see on staff in front, scurrying to helpall the customers with their orders, smiling and cheerful in nature. I want to give a shout out to the gentleman who helped mewith my order. He was tall, larger in build, red hair and slight beard, glasses... was super nice, very helpful and greatcustomer service!!! Also to the long dark hair lady, who looked Latino, hair back in a ponytail, that was just a ray of sunshinein this store. Left a tip in the app after a great experience! I'll go into a store more often now, when I visit this side oftown. Merry Christmas! Read more
