Placed an online order for two subs As was walking in the employee said she was going on break. I told her that I was just... picking up an order I placed 30 minutes ago. She claimed there was no online orders placed and left the store. She even made theman eating his sub get up so she could leave. When she returned I asked if the order came through yet, and asked if there wasanything she could do. She pretty much ignored me and made no attempt to help. I placed an order to another subway nearby andthey had no problem receiving it. Won?t be returning to this subway ever again it?s a complete joke. Read more
The manager here was amazing I believe her name was Alexis, she was so kind and patient when it came to ordering even with my... kids yelling and running around like crazy she kept telling me not to worry and that she understands due to being a mom herselfwhich I truly appreciated! I had the tuna fish on flatbread some spinach, black olives, jalapenos and banana peppers and it was way too wet and the... flavor was very bland so I only ate half of it threw the other half away, didn't like. Read more
Just walked in to get a pop & sub for my wife & The Sunday manager told me as soon as I walked in too ?sit down & wait? because... she had an online order & didn?t even say hello, very rude & angry. This place shows its open, but the last few days, lights are on, doors are locked with a "Be back in 10 minutes" sign on the... door. Checked at noon this past saturday and after we ran some errands it was still there at 3 pm. Went out for a snack onsunday same thing around 2pm. Corporate needs to step in.
