Every single time I go to this taco bell something gets either forgotten or my order is totally messed up. I'm trying my... hardest to fathom how somebody could put a food item out to a customer like this... and I've yet to come up with any reasonableanswer. Order takes forever. Unbelievably all the car waited for 20 min till the front car moved and still waiting. Taking fast food... which seem to take more then 30 min in drive through. This is not the first time, I wouldn't put a negative review if ithappened 1st time. This one is 3 min away from my house and almost everytime it takes forever to get orders. My husband and I have had mixed experiences with this Taco Bell. Today, they completely messed up our order (gave us the wrong... food), and when my husband went in to get the order fixed they required he pay ten additional cents because of their mistake,and yet they left out a supreme taco in the corrected order. As a pregnant lady, how am I supposed to be satisfied with just asingle Crunchwrap supreme when I paid for a combo meal? They clearly had gone over our order when we were in the drive through(my husband had to repeat himself at least 3 times for every item), and yet they still messed up. Ordered a "beef burrito" was rang up as this "new" beefy melt burrito, when I got to the window I explained to the young man "I... only want the meat, cheese and red sauce", he then tells me "we don't have a burrito like that", I then again repeat what Iwanted "I'd like just the meat, SHREDDED cheese NOT the liquid cheese, cause I can't handle all that liquid cheese and redsauce". I hear someone in the back say "that's fine we can make that". I get home to unwrap my said "beef burrito" only to findit still being this "beefy melt burrito". If you say "we can make that" and DO make it, then please by all means GIVE IT TO THECUSTOMER especially when I stated "I can't handle all that liquid cheese sauce". Thankfully I ordered tacos as well, (which wereover over loaded with lettuce, like WHERES THE BEEF) otherwise I'd of been s.o.l for dinner. Read more
I dont eat out much lately cause money is tight and I know they're only a dollar but I always get cinnamon twists with a chicken... quesadilla. $5.61... I was super nice after Thy messed up my change giving me $5 after giving $20.61 but than I est one twistand its still a raw noodle pretty much, I get home and check hat and this is what I was given. On top of it my food wasliterally tossed in the bag. I worked at taco bell 12 years ago I know they have higher standards and I know the female managerthere during the day wouldn't accept this. Nobody said hello. Nobody took my order. Food preparation was slower than a full-service restaurant. I was forced to use a... kiosk and forced to pay with credit instead of cash. The cashier (me) messed up my order. The crew had to remake the food attheir expense. Great work, Taco Bell. Read more
