Sunday November 6th, 6:15pm. 4 employees inside. Cars driving away from the drive through speaker. Pull up... no one answers.... Say hello a few times... nothing. After 5 minutes, someone screams into the speaker "PULL UP". Didn't even place an order... this location has been garbage for a while now. Apparently, they decided that they wanted to be worse than that. I guess therereally is no reason to attempt to spend money here. Read more

This location has gone down hill. The service use to be accurate and fast now they are fast, but not accurate especially when... using the app. Items will be missing and sometimes we get extra stuff we didn't order, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Read more

Usually when I go in they're very friendly and the service is good. I went in orderd my food. For the most part everything was... good orderd and paid at the kiosk. Got my food. The potatoes were old for my Fiesta bowl. I payed for the three cheese to beadded and they forgot the nacho cheese. Wasn't gonna complain. I asked for no sour cream on my double chicken burrito. So Iwent up and the lady asked for my recipe and was rather rude. And said it didn't come up on their screen as that. I told her Iused the kiosk and didn't get one.( Normally I don't need one normally they're spot on) instead of being like okay there wasan error somthing in the system. Which I've worked at a taco bell before . She kept at it about how I was in the wrong andeverything told me she would make a new one but next time have a recipient. Which is fine I told her I understood I've workedin customer service and she was just over all rude about it and had attitude towards others that walked in towards the end of mydine in experience. Other than the lady and the Fiesta potatoes my food was great. They don't even know about the potato orderbeing old because I was just like what ever on it. It happens you pick your battles but the burrito I paid 7.23 for. And to haveattitude from her was wrong. Hopefully my next experience is better . Read more

This was a few days ago but The person taking orders was very rude. I was told only five items witch was fine. I told her I only... needed one, after I ordered she quickly gave me a total when I tried to modify the order befor I was able to get out more than 2words she rudely said (I thought you only needed one item) this location is hit or miss as far as service. I will no longer bevisiting this establishment. Read more

This location at one time was the best around. Now I wish I could still say that. There always seems to be something going on... here. There's been multiple times that they say they're closed due to staffing (hmm, pay your people and you get staffing). They said one time they could only do hard and soft tacos because of short staffing or limit to 5 items or less. Another timethey said they couldnt take orders at this time, but 4 people were outside smoking (I'm a smoker too, but it never gets in theway of my work). Now today, they said they're only taking online orders, grub hub, or uber eats orders. I strongly advise youdon't waste your time with this location. You're much better off driving a few miles to another location that will actuallyserve you! Read more

I have come here multiple times. Every time they have gotten something wrong. I catch them missing food, get asked for me to... move forward and wait. They then bring out the missing food. I then come home and unwrap my burrito (most look the same from theoutside) take a bite and "shocker" it's wrong, either the wrong burrito completely, or they don't take out something I can't eatthat I asked to be taken out. Also about 75% of the time I come here when I come up to pay they take my payment, then tell meto reverse behind the yellow pole, which I do not understand why unless they don't want me to see thru the window at whatthey're doing. Seems like they are on something. I work till 10:30pm and all other taco bells are closed near me. It's like I'mgoing to need to take a bit of every item I get to make sure it's right before I leave the window. Read more

July 20th at 3pm, the girl in the drive-thru window.... excellent customer service. Long line. Didn't seem like much staff... inside. She gave friendly service with a smile! Deserves a raise! Temperature and taste of food was great. One item was missingfrom our mobile order. Went back in line and got it with no troubles. Thank you! Read more

Definitely won?t be coming back. I?m convinced you guys just can never get anything right. I?ve ordered from here multiple times... & my order is wrong every. single. time. I ordered a veggie bowl with no sour cream, guac or tomatoes with extra avocado ranch.And to no surprise, I have all 3. And more than just extra ranch.
