The coffee was good, however the service was dismal at best. Mukata I believe was her name, was so non personable. She avoided... eye contact, I thanked her and wished her a great day and she literally turned her head and didn't acknowledge a word that said,I said it louder and she again ignored my existence in drive thru so I left. I find it incredibly off-putting when someone workdin customer service in the forefront and doesn't like interacting with customers. I will not be returning to this location. First off this is the 3rd time I have gone here and gave a friendly hello and was completely ignored. She looked right at me and... didn't say a word. Then gave me my change never said have a good day nothing. So then I taste my iced coffee and it burnt coffeeand tasted absolutely disgusting and then I tried my son's (he ordered different iced coffee and it was absolutely disgustingand extremely old. Never again will I give them my money. Complete disrespect and horrible coffee. I am not one to complain everbut they deserve 0 stars. Read more

Worker could barely speak English... Ordered TWO drinks and while only charged for one, horrible service!!! Tried to order a... breakfast sandwich, was told I had to go to the DRIVE THRU...So you don't serve those items to walk-ins??? Is this some newcorporate tactic or just someone who didn't want to do their job??? Asked for a receipt due to the rude service, Worker droppedchange in my hand and walked away!!! I paid cash, I made a SIMPLE REQUEST, not anything out of the ordinary. Was not busyeither and being rude to face to face customers, not a good look to get them to return. Total of 1 customer in front of me and 3behind...If the cashier can't handle "all that pressure", put them on making coffee or something simpler. Read more

Irish cream cold Brew. The lady in training made it the first time under the direction of the manager. It was FABULOUS! I spend... a lot of $$ here(and the Van Dyke location)... about $30/ week. until I buy myself an Expresso machine. I ordered the Irishcream cold Brew ..It was terrible! I told her something is wrong. Does not look right. So, she added the cold Brew foam. Thedrink was tasteless, watered down, cost me nearly $5. I did not have the time or energy to go back. I as so upset. I haven'teven been back for my Expresso to either location. I didn't appreciate wasting my limited time & I'd like a refund or (Sara) tomake my drink. I believe that was her name. Drive thru line is usually pretty long. But the donuts are always fresh and dipped well. Half dz donuts are $5.99.
