Every time I come here some sort of mistake is made because the lady working the drive thru speaker doesn’t seem to understand... English. It’s also impossible to understand her. Also, do drinks here never come with stickers on them showing what wasordered or is that due to the fact that I only ever received a remake? Lastly, tell corporate that the plastic lids on the cupsfor the iced lattes are garbage. All one needs to do is put a lid on and see if it fits or not. Read more
Bad. Ordered a grilled cheese panine, not my 1st time i also stop here nightyon my way to work,had to pull thru the drive thru... and wait 15 min. I get my order and drive a 1/2 hour to work. I will not return to this location. I was there for Cold stone ice cream. The store was unorganized and the cashier was not... being sanitary.???? 1. You should never handle money and proceed to prepare food. (All other employees were wearinggloves)???? 2. You should be cleaning/rinsing the paddles/scoopers before preparing the next order.???? 3. Cold Stone is notcheap! Give the e customers the correct amount of ice cream, I ordered a gotta have it & the ice cream barely reached the rim, Ihave been to several locations and I know how much I am supposed to get.???? 4. If you're location is supposed to close at10:45pm, the door should not be locked at 10pm! By the way, a different employee locked the doors wearing gloves that he didn'tremove before returning behind the counter to continue preparing orders.???? 5. There was other flavors or mix-ins in my icecream. I asked for cake batter with no mix-ins, there was clearly other stuff in my ice cream, brown to be exact.???? 6. I askedfor my order to be remade multiple times and they proceed to take multiple other customers before addressing the issue. I askedtwo other employees before the original cashier finally addressed it. I had to tell her to put on gloves before remaking myorder.???? 7. By the time my order was being remade, the container was empty. The cashier had to go to the back to get more icecream. She took the same bowl to the back with her and scraped of the ice cream with the brown stuff and add more ice cream tothe same bowl!???? 8. Although I remained nice, calm, and patient, she seemed irritated that I was not satisfied.???? 9. If you enjoy the frustration of having a messed up order, then this is the place to go. Plus, the food doesn't even taste good.... All the negative reviews about orders being incorrect are so true. Don't go to this location. Read more
I don't know why I keep doing it to myself but this tim Hortons will be on my do go to list. Order a simple coffee the repeat... the exact right way then half way home I take a sip and it's all wrong did the order backwards and charge me almost 3$ not again Read more
Extremely rude, I did a order through a delivery company and when I called regards to the fact that it was messed up the lady I... talked to was very inconsiderate. Acted as I was lying that my order was incorrect. She told me I needed to bring the items backin to prove that they gave me the wrong things even though it wouldn't be hours until I could come in and that even though I wasallergic to a item they had put in my order that I asked them not to, to still dig it out of my trash so they could verify theygave me the wrong thing. They gave me a random donut because they didn't have the one in stock instead of calling and askingwhich other one would I prefer. I've had other issues with this Tim hortons and needless to say I will not be returning. I willdrive out of my way to make sure I never return to this location!!! Read more
I don't eat fast food but I do enjoy a caramel ice capp every once in awhile. Today happens to be my birthday and I got a free... reward to use with the Tim Hortons app but horrible service This is only the 2nd time I've been tob this location and my firsttime inside. I had a reward on the app for a free breakfast sandwich or coffee or something similar. The cashier already seemedannoyed when I was showing her the coupon. I got a breakfast sandwich and a caramel ice capp. I always ask for extra caramel ontop of the whip cream. She brings it back and I ask if I can have a little more caramel and she gets all upset. Saying that itwas enough caramel and getting upset with me that it didn't need any more. She started walking towards the back yelling andtalking about me to the other employees over freaking caramel. Mind you, I asked nicely. All the other Tim Horton's just put apool on top instead of a drizzle since I state that I want a lot on top. She also gave me the wrong sandwich. I asked for abiscuit bacon egg and cheese and I got English muffin. Which she repeated back to me. I'm sure it was intentional.
