Terrible service. One sandwich took over 25 mins to make. I will not be going back there ever again!
Arrived at restaurant at 3:45pm, Placed order. Had to repeat order multiple times. Chicken and cheese sandwiches. Got to window.... No one was there but there was a couple workers one male and one female peeking around the corner to see who was in thedrive-through when they finally did come to the window it was like 4:15, we got our food and I went to go double check it,opened the sandwiches, there was no cheese on them. Told the young male worker and he was surprised, gave us two little saucecups filled with shredded cheddar. It took him like three minutes to go get that. Then we asked for ketchup it took him anotherthree minutes to go get three packets of ketchup. Got home Chicken was so dry and disgusting that we could not eat the food thefries were soggy. Fed it to the dogs, was no point in going back that night to get our food remade from incompetent workers.Tried to contact manager no answer at store so contacted corporate corporate contacted store. Store manager called me and toldme there was nothing she could do to replace or refund her order that she would have to speak to the owner. I gave her thereceipt number she told me that she didn't believe that the receipt was real because they don't have that kind of paper or something like that. Useless and unhelpful. Will not be dining at Tubby's any longer. Read more
This location is usually pretty good. But this last time not so much. The food was not good, I ate half my 6 inch sub and tossed... it in garbage. Read more
Tubby's will always be the orginal to me. I've never had a nasty sub and the staff are always friendly. Can be a little pricey... depending on what you get, but every bite is worth it. Read more
We ordered three subs and they got them all wrong. We asked for no lettuce or tomato?s and they put extra. We ordered a Tubbys... famous with extra meat and they gave us steak and cheese. We also asked for two of the subs to be heated and they were all cold.It was like they didn?t pay attention at all when we ordered and just gave us whatever they had laying around. They evenrepeated our order back and it was still wrong. We tried calling multiple times and the phone just keeps ringing and says themailbox is full. It?s probably full of messages from people who got the wrong order and don?t want to wait in the long linesince the inside is closed. Read more
Got a pizza steak and cheese sub and my wife got a steak and cheese, both subs were made with pan meat (meat that was prepared... before we ever orderer) my wife's sub was so cold it didn't melt the cheese on it. My pizza steak and cheese was a steak andcheese with pizza sauce on top of the meat. My wife managed the tubbys at 14 and van dyke for around 6 months, the subs wereceived were absolutely terrible. And the store closed roughly 3 hours early, I tried to call around 5:20pm and got no responsein the 20 times I called. I went back to the store to find all the lights off and the employees gone. They store closes at 8pm.I called the corporate office to make a complaint since the stores voice mail was completely full. Hopefully managementaddresses the problem with the current employees that were working this Sunday 5/1/22. I wouldn't recommend going to thislocation at all this is the 3rd time we've had problems with this specific store but this time was by far the absolute worst. Read more
Customer service was terrible and slow. Asked for dressing on the side and got extra dressing on sub. That small cup is the side... of ranch given for a large order of mushrooms. My 6in steak and cheese (pictured) was indeed 6in, and had about thecircumference of my ranch cup...No hair nets, using gloved hands to touch everything in the kitchen and then touching food. Very slow had to wait 25 minutes in line one car ahead of us order 1 sub tuna fish not a good idea to go there
