The manager here is very rude. She is rude to her employees especially the minors. She cuts them off the schedule last minutes... to allow the adults to come in for extra hours but doesn?t even pay the minors for it. Read more
I'm giving this location 1 star because even tho we are no longer under the COVID pandemic, this location has not once opened... their location to walk in traffic since. I don't know if they don't have enough people working there or if there's anotherreason but that's still no excuse to keep out those that cannot drive nor order online. The other Wendy's locations have openedtheir lobbys to customer again but not this location. This place needs to open their lobby for customers again. Read more

Rude workers. Standard within city limits. Will not return and do not recommend. It ain?t the food it?s the service. All i... wanted was The sandwich i paid for and instead of being greeted with an apology after i went all the way home and came all theway back, after i said ?YALL got my order wrong? i was corrected with ?you mean Wendy?s got your order wrong?. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! It's so crazy how these people want $15 an hour, they protest for it but they can't work for... it, well not can't won't is the best word to use. I pull up in the drive thru, wait 4 minutes, nothing, not a word. No I'll beright with you, nothing, I pull up to the window, I see a young lady, she cuts her eyes at me and say something and continueworking like she didn't even see me. I am very dissatisfied with this franchise, there?s no reason why people need to have their microphone attached to their mouth... still while yelling at another customer that previously ordered while you?re waiting to order your food not only that but youshould not have an attitude working a drive-through window and calling someone significant other babe as if that?s respectful.Whatever happened to sir and ma?am. .
