Ordered daves single with just ketchup. even said no nothing else. they still put on cheese. this is why fast food employees... are not worth 14, 15 ,or 16 an hour they simply cannot follow simple instructions. a burger with just ketchup is just that....how do they mess up simple things???? This is the absolutely worst Wendy's in the area. They need some new workers, unbelievable. Hair in both frostys and the workers... being so unprofessional. First time at this location and it was not good at all. After being in drive thur for over twenty minutes you would think the... food would be fresh and hot but it wasn't. The fries and nuggets were luke warm and the cheeseburger was old and dried out evenwith ketchup on it. Would not recommend this location. Super friendly staff, they had no problem whipping me up a Dave's Triple with NO BUN asap (some places get confused by this). To... top it off, sauces were provided in neat little containers on the side and silverware was included (many other places don't dothis). Thanks, I'm feeling really full. Read more
Horrible Wait Time. Never Any Ice, Cold Food several times. If I have to wait this long for my food how is it so cold and nasty... when I get to the window? Manager has horrible service just horrible .. somebody need to fire everybody in there and start overwith people who know how to run a fast food restaurant. Or just shut it down. Read more
