Ordered on line. Standard 16 to 21 minute quote. Checked in at the 15 to 20 minute time frame. Was told being made still. Sat... down. Employees announced several times "just waiting" on fries for everyone's orders. 4 other people waiting. At the 40 minutemark went back to counter. Order was up and ready on their metal shelves getting cold. Never ever did they call out any ordersbeing ready and there were 5 or 6 on the shelf NOW! Very delicious and great service!! The dipping sauce was cool temperature when I opened it which was great considering it was... delivery. The wings were super crispy and the fries were superb. 10/10, would recommend!! Read more

It?s a hit or miss with this place and today was god awful. The wings were so dry. I?m convinced that gave me old wings. We?re... not seasoned at all. The brownie was hard as a brick. The fries were okay. I?m extremely annoyed I paid 25 only for it to gointo the trash. Read more

First time we ordered from here, missing items, made it all the way home, called the store just to find out the manager knew... what she missed and told us to come back. We get back there and had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of the food, oh butI got a free cold order of fries for my trouble. Second time: missing over half of my order, didn't leave parking lot thistime, went back inside to claim I was missing half of my order. Cashier was rude and had to wait another 20 minutes for the restof my order. Refused the free fry this time. Third and final time: My friend accidentally ordered from this location for us. Iwarned him to avoid this location and he made an error. This was 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday and when he arrives nobody is there andit's closed. According to the phone prompt (answering machine) and their Google listing they're supposed to be open untilmidnight on Sunday. The unfortunate part is that he was able to place an order on the website for a store that was not open, nowhe has to try and get his money back because his c.c. was already charged as the order was confirmed received and confirmedready for pick-up on the website. Just atrociously operated location and I refuse to go back. Mistakes happen on missing itemssure, but missing half an order twice, being rude, and all of this other nonsense with the store hours is too much. I really donot post reviews often, but being in the kitchen industry myself, I cannot help but warn everyone else from being a patron here. Read more

The wings and food made here is great, but I don?t watched a staff member not only open and hold the door for an elderly woman... with a cane, but also hand deliver and walk their order out to the car for them. I?d commend anyone for this but we?ll above andbeyond what I see on a normal basis, this establishment and the members who work here have a great sense of community andTraditional moral values. I want to start by saying, I love Wing Stop. However, my most recent experience (today), was extremely, disappointing. I double... checked my email confirmation to make sure I didn?t make an error when I placed my order. I initially placed my order around6:45/7 ish for a later time of 8 p.m. The food was cold, fries were soggy and not seasoned. The fries are my favorite part! Idefinitely asked for them to be well done with regular seasoning and there was no seasoning at all. The wings were fine apartfrom being cold. Overall, not the best experience which is surprising because this location just opened so I assumed they wouldbe on point. It pains me to leave a less then stellar review but I did not get a receipt and had no way to fill out the surveyto vocalize my disappointment. Read more

New location, thought they'd be good. I get wingstop very often, never been disrespected like this before. They didn't even try... to toss the wings in the sauce, they literally just poured it on top INSIDE the to-go box. Pitiful. Read more
