Horrible! Don't bother going... Husband and I wanted a new find restaurant for our 24th Anniversary tonight! Didnt deliver on... any part of it! Overpriced drink, dreadful food! Whoever frequents this restaurant and even bothers to take the time to rate itat all...shame on u! Waiter didn't give me the time of day for perhaps a signature drink! I went to the bar to find perhaps anoffering..asked what was my tastes... Got a decent monjito for $20! Yes! I said that! Food tasteless & overpriced. We're havinga fig vodka at Martinsvile tavern..( hubby wanted to make the horrible experience up to me!) 2 fab drinks for the price of mypretend made for me signature ( Mojito) for $20! Seriously ! Not nice Saly G...who ever u are! We will stick to Alfie's ( honestgood food restaurant and staff!) And now..new cozy fab place at relatable prices..MARTINSVILLE TAVERN who honestly saved our24th Anniversary Sorry peeps I never bother to write reveiws..but sad we went to Saly G's for this special occasion..(whoops.....now I owe the hubby girls....) just remove it from any go to list! This place had the best tasting food I have ever had. Started off with stuffed mushroom appetizer which was amazing. For main... course I had rib eye steak which was charred to perfection. Meat was really tender and the homemade steak fries were reallygood. Will definitely be returning next time I am in New Jersey. I highly recommend Saly G’s to everyone! Read more

Saly G’s is really nice. If you haven’t been there yet you definitely need to go. The food is excellent and the service is... so good. We had the stuffed mushroom appetizer, mushroom raviolis and I had an Aperol spritz. The busboy helped my grandmotherto and from her chair and they let us sit at the closest table to the door. The waiter took a photo of us with my phone. Ireally appreciate how they made my grandmother so comfortable and were very attentive and accommodating. Just a greatexperience, can’t recommend enough! To start with, they have the best happy hour around. Phenomenal Food, Service, and Drinks. Large space perfect for private... events, showers, celebrations, entertainment on the weekends. The staff is all incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive toneeds. Highly recommend. Read more
